Every piece at The Refind is carefully inspected and evaluated for quality, condition, and wear
before it becomes part of our curated collection. Our condition scale is designed to give you a clear
understanding of each piece’s character.
- Like new
- Little to no visible signs of wear.

A piece in exceptional condition that shows minimal evidence of previous use. It may be new with
tags, unworn, or have been worn only a handful of times, with little to no visible wear throughout.
- Excellent
- Minimal signs of wear.

A beautifully maintained piece with very little evidence of previous use. Minor signs of wear may
be present upon close inspection, but the piece remains exceptionally well preserved.
- Great
- Light signs of wear.

A well-maintained pre-loved piece with visible but minimal signs of previous use. This may include
light scuffing, subtle scratches, gentle creasing, light fading, or other minor signs of wear.
- Fair
- Noticeable signs of wear.

A pre-loved piece with more visible signs of regular use. This may include scratches, scuffs,
creasing, discoloration, worn corners, or interior wear. Any notable condition details will be
highlighted in the product description and photos.
- Well-loved
- Significant signs of wear.
