Submit
Submit your pieces through the intake form below or correspond directly with our Resale Department at resell@therefind.com. Complimentary shipping labels are provided, or personal drop-off is always welcomed at our flagship Seattle location. We are open 11–5pm for drop-off, Monday to Saturday.
Review
Every submission passes through the discerning eye of our Resale & Product Specialists, with each piece evaluated against the house’s standards. Items that fall outside our criteria are returned with care. Please note that all items are subject to final review upon arrival, and The Refind reserves the right to return any pieces that do not meet the house’s current needs. Earn
Approved pieces are reflected in your consignor account within 48 hours of arrival to The Refind. From there, your portal becomes your go-to destination to monitor performance, track earnings, arrange payout preferences, or use your balance towards your next “find”.

What does The Refind accept?
A curated selection of contemporary and classic designer pieces – handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, shoes, accessories, and select archival. Items generally retail at $300 USD or above. The Refind operates under a consignment structure; for full terms, please see our Consignment Policy.
The Refind’s Standards
All pieces must arrive cleaned and structurally sound. Gentle wear is honest; damage is not. Items that fall outside our criteria are returned to their owner. For full terms, please see our Consignment Policy.

The Refind never discloses personal or identifying information regarding consignors. Questions on privacy or confidentiality may be directed to our Resale Department at resell@therefind.com.
